Their objective is to ensure that the environment remains safe, functional, and aesthetic while complying with hospital hygiene and safety standards. **Technical Requirements (General Knowledge)** * **Basic Electricity:** Replacing light fixtures, switches, power outlets, and inspecting electrical panels. * **Plumbing:** Repairing leaks in restrooms, cleaning grease traps, maintaining faucets and flow meters. * **Minor Civil Works:** Wall patching, painting (low-odor/water-based), installing flooring or tiles. * **Locksmithing and Carpentry:** Door alignment, lock replacement, repairing office furniture and stretchers. * **Basic HVAC:** Cleaning air conditioning filters (Mini-splits/UMAs). **3.
