This position serves as a key liaison between the commercial, engineering, and support departments. **Responsibilities** **Technical Pre-Sales** * Technical requirement gathering and analysis in collaboration with the commercial team. * Design and validation of technical solutions (networks, infrastructure, security, specialized systems). * Preparation of diagrams, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical justifications. * Validation of compatibility, sizing, and scope. * Ensuring all proposed offerings are technically defensible and executable. **Technical Support** * First- and second-level technical support. * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents related to networks, infrastructure, equipment, and base software. * Support during installations, configurations, and commissioning. * Escalation and case tracking with manufacturers or distributors. * Documentation of solutions, configurations, and technical procedures. **Requirements** * Technical or engineering degree in systems, computer science, telecommunications, or related field. * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, basic/intermediate switching and routing). * Experience with infrastructure (servers, storage, UPS, backup systems). * Knowledge of structured cabling and industry best practices. * Basic proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * General knowledge of security, CCTV, and access control systems. **Skills** * Analysis and structured design of technical solutions. * Clear communication with customers and internal departments. * Ability to prioritize tasks between pre-sales and support activities. * Service orientation and problem-solving capability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Technical training and development. * Participation in real projects and solutions. * Job stability and professional growth.
