Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in construction supervision, specializing in luxury interior finishes and proficient in design and management software. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supervision of installations and luxury finishes 2. Direct interaction with contractors and preparation of construction reports 3. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; intermediate proficiency in Opus/Neodata Architect or Civil Engineer for Construction Supervisor role with extensive expertise in luxury interior finishes and relevant experience. Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of engineering installations and finishes. * Monitoring of construction schedules and logbooks. * Direct interaction with contractors. * Preparation of item catalogs, quantity takeoffs, and quotations. * Preparation of construction reports and progress generators. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury finishes. * Experience in construction supervision, preferably for interior projects. * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. * Intermediate knowledge of Opus and/or Neodata. * Personal vehicle. (Gas allowance provided) Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Residence within the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey.
