JOB PURPOSE: Automate processes using programming languages and information systems across various business areas, generating reports and data analysis to facilitate decision-making, optimizing time and resources. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field (in progress or completed). * Experience: 1 year in similar positions (Data Analyst / Database Analyst). * Technical knowledge of SQL / SQL Server. * ETL processes. * Business Intelligence tools (Qlik, SAS preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Visual Studio and programming languages (preferred). * Responsible handling of sensitive customer data. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and maintain databases, stored procedures, functions, indexes, and triggers in SQL Server. * Monitor established development processes and standards. * Develop applications and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools (Qlik). * Execute ETL processes for data exploitation. * Generate reports, metrics, and monthly closings for bonus and commission payments. * Send and track portfolio assignments. * Collaborate with various business areas to fulfill reporting and application requests.
