




Job Summary: Experienced production operator responsible for assembling models, training personnel, monitoring processes, and maintaining equipment to ensure quality and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Expert in assembly and capable of training others 2. Monitors production and ensures process quality 3. Responsible for the entire manufacturing process Description and details of responsibilities * The Class V operator must possess detailed knowledge of assembly. * Capable of performing all assemblies for different production models. * Trains and certifies assemblers and machine operators within their designated cells to facilitate their learning curve. * Tracks the training matrix for assemblers and production operators. * Monitors and records production data to ensure safety, quality, and productivity of the manufacturing process. * Reports any issues to production supervisors. * Responsible for the entire manufacturing process, including: proper functioning of plant equipment, changeover of set-up, quality control testing of finished products, troubleshooting process issues, tracking raw material availability / material shortages, 5S implementation in the area, and safety. * Supervises machine performance to ensure all processes operate correctly and the product is manufactured to specifications.
