Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle on-site claims, collect field evidence, interact with insured parties/third parties, and follow up until case closure. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site claims handling and field evidence collection 2. Negotiation skills for conflict resolution 3. Policy interpretation and preparation of technical reports **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree (Law, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields) * Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil Liability and Property Damage * Preferred: Own motorcycle with 100% field availability * On-site claims handling, field evidence collection, interaction with insured parties/third parties, and follow-up until closure * Policy interpretation * Preparation of technical reports * Negotiation skills for conflict resolution **Job Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 MXN per month (take-home pay) * Gasoline allowance * Motorcycle usage bonus: $1,000 MXN per month * Direct hiring * Work location: 100% field-based Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $15,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
