Junior Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to support the development of design proposals, 3D modeling, preparation of executive drawings, and construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the senior design team. ✅ Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. ✅ Experience: 1–2 years of experience in architecture or interior design firms (corporate projects preferred). Desirable on-site experience: construction supervision, site surveys, and interaction with contractors/suppliers. Participation in the development of executive projects and furniture. ✅ Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Preparation of executive drawings and construction details. Understanding of construction processes and timelines. Basic cost estimation and budgeting (desirable). ✅ Software Proficiency (mandatory): AutoCAD (advanced) 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino or similar (intermediate–advanced) V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape or similar (photorealistic rendering) Photoshop / Illustrator / (desirable) InDesign (presentations) Revit (desirable but not mandatory) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ✅ Job Responsibilities: Support in developing design proposals (concept, mood boards, drawings). 3D modeling and generation of rendered images. Preparation of executive drawings and construction details. On-site construction supervision (periodic site visits). Coordination with suppliers and contractors. Tracking of orders, deliveries, and installations. General support to the Senior Design Team. Salary: $13,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
