**SMT/PCBA Quality Inspection Technician** **Location:** Parque Industrial Nogales, Zapopan, Jalisco **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field * Experience in ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING companies * Intermediate English * Proficiency in **Excel** and **SAP** * Availability to work any shift * Knowledge of **ISO 9001** * Experience in quality assurance in **SMT/PCBA** manufacturing environments * Knowledge of **IPC\-A\-610, ESD handling, interpretation of drawings, schematics and bills of materials** * Experience in **SMT, reflow, wave soldering, manual assembly and audits** * Proficiency with measurement and inspection tools (calipers, multimeters, microscopes) * English B2 **We Offer:** * Salary of **$17,000 to $20,000 gross monthly** * Statutory benefits * Transportation * Subsidized cafeteria * Grocery vouchers * 25 days of Christmas bonus * Life insurance * Direct employment contract with the company **Available Shifts (rotating shifts):** * Shift 1: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm * Shift 2: 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm * Shift 3: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
