Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Quality Inspector to join a leading company in the beauty and personal care sector. Your role will be to ensure that every product meets excellence standards before reaching the end consumer. We offer: * Monthly salary: $12,000 to $14,000 (based on experience). * Location: Colotlán Highway, Los Molinos Industrial Park. * Work modality: On-site / Full-time. * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Benefits: Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, vacation, and vacation premium). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. * Biweekly payment. Requirements: * Education: Technical degree or incomplete Bachelor’s degree / student in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in quality control (preference for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food industries). * Mobility (Mandatory): Reside near the area or have no transportation issues commuting to Los Molinos Industrial Park. * Technical knowledge: * Proficiency with measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, precision scales, potentiometers, etc.). * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Documentation (GMP/GDP). * Sampling tables (ANSI/ASQ or MIL\-STD). Key responsibilities: * In-line inspection: Monitor packaging and conditioning processes, ensuring products meet appearance, weight, and sealing specifications. * Material sampling: Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products according to established plans. * Batch release: Approve or reject products based on inspection results. * Document control: Complete logbooks, inspection records, and assist in preparing analysis certificates. * Non-conformance follow-up: Identify process deviations and collaborate in segregating non-conforming products.
