Verify proper operation of equipment. Ensure product presentation is maintained. Verify that the work area remains clean and organized. Participate in product manufacturing, complying with quality specifications. Comply with all provisions of the internal work regulations. Comply and ensure compliance with all procedures and work instructions in their area and all departments they interact with. Do whatever is necessary to achieve established goals on time and as required. Effectively lead their team of employees (staff performance, development plans, etc.). Maximize the use of assigned resources (personnel, time, space, materials, work tools, etc.). Share and transfer knowledge, experiences, and skills to colleagues for the benefit of departmental and company results. Deliver and verify finished products in the warehouse. Ensure corresponding product samples are sent to Quality Assurance for release. Do not implement any changes without prior authorization from the Production Manager/Product Engineer. Respond promptly to problem resolution to avoid affecting the production schedule. Review production and waste, provide feedback to operational staff. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:** ISO 9001 interpretation course. ISO 13485 interpretation course. Corrective actions. Personnel management. Risk analysis.
