**Position: Commercial Operations Analyst** Location: La Venta del Astillero, Zapopan, Jalisco A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst with experience in commercial areas, logistics, and key customer service. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in administrative fields or related disciplines * Advanced Office software proficiency * Experience in inventory administration and control * Knowledge of logistics and commercial operations * Experience in key customer service and follow-up * Experience in the food industry * Proficiency in SAP and SAP S/4 HANA is mandatory **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead daily cross-departmental planning and coordination meetings to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries * Receive and track corporate customer orders * Coordinate and monitor logistics, weighbridge, and plant activities * Prioritize shipments to guarantee delivery compliance * Ensure proper customer service and satisfaction * Track deviations, incidents, and setbacks, identifying root causes and solutions * Manage returns, rejections, and shortages in SAP, notifying relevant departments * Maintain real-time demand updates * Maintain daily order tracking and recordkeeping **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $26,000 * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Monthly food vouchers worth $2,600 * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * 2% savings fund contribution * Funeral expense assistance * Three annual food distributions featuring company products * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
