Join the Restaurant Cuerno team at Zona Andares as a Waiter (Sales Advisor). **GENERAL POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide every guest with the best brand experience by combining culinary recommendations, beverage suggestions, and an exceptional atmosphere that makes each person feel special. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** At least 6 months of experience as a waiter in casual or fine dining restaurants. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** Follow our service sequence at every table and with every restaurant guest to ensure their experience. Assist Advisor A in setting tables, glassware, and plateware between courses; when changes are required, maintain a standard time frame of 2–3 minutes. Maintain table order by cleaning as needed and removing used items to clear space. Ensure your workstation is fully prepared before each shift, with all necessary supplies readily available. Handle grease trays and bar trays carefully and efficiently. Provide personalized attention to each guest and table, in coordination with Advisor A. Know every menu item in detail to guide guests according to their preferences and desires. Inform Advisor A promptly of any table needs to ensure timely delivery of dishes and beverages, as well as accurate entry into Parrot. Complete daily cleaning tasks (opening, mid-shift, closing). Rotating schedule: opening shift from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closing shift from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., with one weekday day off; transportation support provided for closing shifts. Base weekly salary: $2,205 \+ daily tips Statutory benefits Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
