Opportunity for professional growth and an excellent work environment Technical Profile – Cold Kitchen Cook Tango Patria Position: Cold Kitchen Cook Department: Kitchen / Cold Production Branch: Tango Patria Position Objective: To prepare, plate, and maintain cold dishes and cold production items in optimal condition, ensuring quality, presentation, hygiene, and service speed. Main Responsibilities: Preparation of salads, appetizers, desserts, and cold production items. Plating and presentation of dishes. Preparation of ingredients and mise en place. Maintaining a well-stocked and clean workstation. Verifying food freshness and proper storage conditions. Supporting buffet and service operations as required. Product control and rotation (FIFO). Compliance with food hygiene and handling regulations. Thorough cleaning of the work area at the end of each shift. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in cold kitchen or cold production. Responsible and punctual. Good personal appearance and hygiene. Ability to work under pressure. Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. Flexible availability for scheduling.
