Its business model, endorsed by the Mexican Franchise Association, offers specialized services and products with a focus on prevention and family health. WE ARE SEEKING A **FRANCHISE MANAGER** **OBJECTIVE** Provide customers with an authentic experience by ensuring delivery of excellent-quality service to Todo para sus pies clients. Organize, lead, and control franchise operations to achieve established goals and objectives—consistently pursuing service excellence and strict adherence to Todo para sus pies’ pedicure and manicure procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \*Ensure the franchise and staff comply with franchise-established cleanliness and order standards, assigning cleaning responsibilities fairly. \*Always greet customers courteously, kindly, respectfully, and enthusiastically, delivering a pleasant experience from their entry to departure from the franchise. \*Manage the walk-in customer schedule at the front desk, assigning appointments equitably among staff. \*Administer and manage staff—including schedules, breaks, vacations, and leave requests. \*Greet customers upon arrival, schedule their next appointment, and thank them for their visit. \*Propose and implement strategies to achieve established sales targets. \*Efficiently manage petty cash (expense authorization, system entry, and replenishment requests) according to assigned budgets. **PAID TRAINING** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a two-hour lunch break; Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; one day off per week. **REQUIREMENTS** **\***Bachelor’s degree completed \*Minimum 1 year of experience \*Flexible availability (no restrictions on weekend work) \*You will be assigned to the franchise nearest your residence **WE OFFER** **\*C**ompetitive salary \*Statutory benefits \*Excellent work environment \*Incentives **APPLICATION** **Interested candidates must apply via the platform or send their CV or formal application to:** WhatsApp: 3333193549\* Benefits: * Employee discount * Free uniforms Salary: $14,635\.78 \- $15,000\.10 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Salary increases * Savings fund * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Referral program * Company phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
