Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our Helpware team. **Responsabilities**: * Strong understanding of and ability to create, demonstrate and deliver multi\-media advertising solutions over the phone * Identify and discuss advertising needs with your prospects * Design proposals for prospects based on a needs assessment * Ensure all documentation \& reports are complete and accurate. * Consistently meet established objectives * Represent YPG professionally and enthusiastically both to internal and external customers **Requierement**: **Minimum 1 year of successful experience in Telephone Sales** * Previous sales experience in a retail or call center environment preferred * Google Certification an asset * Available to work between 8:30\-5 Monday to Friday * Knowledge of both creative and directive advertising across multiple mediums including print, online, * search engine marketing, search engine optimization, mobile applications, and social media an asset * Strong business acumen. * Ability to establish partnerships with internal and external customers. * Strong sales skills, hunter mentality * Excellent communications skills along with professional telephone manner * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Compete to win attitude. Motivated by results to achieve company set targets * Desire for continuous learning/improvement * Strong computer aptitude – CRM tools and Microsoft Office * Can work independently to manage/ prioritize your tasks to achieve desired outcomes * Self\-motivated to exceed company sales targets with a customer focus What We Offer * Base salary: $18,000 MXN gross per month * Commission: 5% per sale made (no cap!) * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% paid training * Major medical insurance (starting from the 3rd month) * Grocery vouchers: $1,000 MXN monthly ✅ Requirements * English level C1/C2 * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B phone sales * Must reside within the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area Schedule * Training: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (for 6 weeks, onsite). * Operations: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST (a 40-hour weekly shift will be assigned). * Most shifts are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST * Note: Guadalajara is one hour behind (and observes daylight saving time adjustments). Work Modality * Training is onsite at the office. * Operations are remote from home, provided you maintain good performance, stable internet connection, and reside within the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area.
