




**Pricing Executive** **Position Objective:** Ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies for logistics and transportation services, aligned with the company's business objectives. Analyze rates, operational costs, and margins, guaranteeing accurate and timely proposals for clients. Offer proposals and alternatives to customers to improve operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and update logistics and transportation rates and services * Analyze operational costs, margins, and proposal profitability in line with company-defined margin targets * Manage and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates * Provide support to sales and operations teams in developing competitive and profitable proposals * Maintain updated records of historical rates and commercial conditions * Participate in tenders, bids, and strategic negotiations * Identify opportunities for improvement in quotation processes and profitability **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Administration, Logistics, or related field * **Experience:** 1\-2 years in pricing, quotations, customer service, operations, or transportation procurement * **Technical Knowledge:** * Land, sea, and air freight rates * Logistics costs, margins, and tariff structures * Advanced Excel skills and data analysis tools * Basic to Intermediate English (desirable) * CRM / ERP systems (desirable: SAP, TMS, or similar) **Key Competencies:** * Numerical analysis and strategic thinking * Negotiation skills with suppliers and customers * Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly KPIs * Focus on profitability and continuous improvement * Attention to detail and data accuracy * Effective communication with sales and operations teams.
