***Grupo TECNAAL***, a 100% Mexican company that manufactures and distributes flavors and chemicals for various food-related businesses and others, invites you to join its team **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience * Knowledge in Production, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse * Experience promoting and driving continuous improvement projects * Implementation of indicators * Problem solving * Personnel management * Responsible, improvement-oriented mindset and leadership skills * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage, coordinate and align warehouse and production activities, ensuring their proper operation, as well as working effectively with all other departments to achieve overall company objectives. * Report progress on production orders, as well as the status of raw material purchases, packaging materials and supplies required for production. * Participate in and execute corrective actions arising from internal and external audits. * Report warehouse and production indicators, recording root causes and action plans when targets are not met. * Guarantee continuity, efficiency and standardization of plant manufacturing operations, always seeking to ensure quality and minimize errors and operational costs. * Participate in physical inventories of raw materials, packaging materials and production supplies. * Define actions and plans that foster a culture of root cause analysis and problem resolution, as well as process optimization and compliance with customer specifications. * Immediately report to the Operations Manager any production orders showing deviations that could pose risks to meeting delivery deadlines. * Establish mechanisms and follow-up procedures to ensure control, continuity and clarity in purchases, transfers, revaluations or use of stock products and packaging materials. **WE OFFER** * Weekly pay * $630 biweekly grocery vouchers * Weekly punctuality bonus 10% * Weekly attendance bonus 10% * 13% savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria * 20 days year-end bonus in the first year * Above-legal vacation entitlement * 60% vacation premium * School supply assistance **SCHEDULE** * Mon-Fri 08:00 to 18:00 **LOCATION** * Street: Calzada Circunvalación Oriente \#225 Cd.
