




**We are looking for a Treasury Manager** who will be responsible for the efficient management of the company's financial resources. This position involves supervision of treasury activities, ensuring necessary liquidity for daily operations and short- and long-term financial planning. It also participates in budget preparation and cash flow control, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and regulations. The candidate is expected to collaborate with other departments to optimize financial management and provide accurate reports supporting strategic decision-making * **Responsibilities:** · Schedule, prioritize, and execute payments to suppliers, payroll, fixed expenses, and other financial commitments. · Analyze daily cash flows and availability to ensure operational liquidity. · Supervise and coordinate the billing and collections team’s activities, ensuring timely and proper execution. · Periodically validate bank balances and reconciliations. · Monitor and update calendars of expected payments and incoming funds. · Manage banking portals and execute transfers, SPEI payments, and other financial transactions. · Analyze and classify payments by priority and urgency with strategic insight. · Prepare financial reports on cash, income, expenditures, and accounts receivable. · Establish effective relationships with banks, suppliers, and internal clients. · Provide support during internal or external audits related to treasury operations. · Ensure confidentiality of financial information. · Payroll and severance payments. · Payroll disbursement * **What we are looking for** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (graduated). · Master's degree in finance or business administration · Conversational English · Financial and accounting knowledge; will interact with all departments. Experience leading work teams · Minimum 5 years in similar roles such as Treasury Lead, Treasury Coordinator, or Payments Supervisor. · Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial formulas, reconciliations). · Experience with financial ERP systems Experience in credit analysis and financial risk * **What we offer** Competitive salary starting at $65,000 net Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with one-hour lunch break.
