Carry out forecasts and projections of monthly cash flow. Maintain an adequate level of liquidity to meet financial obligations (minimum balances in bank accounts). Manage short-term investments to optimize returns on excess cash. Develop short-term cash flow forecasts. Identify and manage financial risks, including exchange rates and interest rates. Participate in strategic planning to ensure alignment with the company’s financial objectives. Monitor and make payments of interest and principal obligations. Negotiate debt terms and restructuring when necessary. Various billing activities. Open and close bank accounts. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure internal records match bank statements. Prepare periodic financial reports on treasury position, including variance analysis. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate. Report to senior management on the company's financial status and investment decisions. Coordinate with the accounts receivable assistant to optimize the collection process and improve cash flow. Request expense receipts from relevant departments for petty cash and card usage one week before month-end, and at the latest one week after month-end. Prepare documentation required for internal and external audits. Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Schedule weekly supplier payments. Create, organize, and maintain digital and physical files (daily). Manage banking portals (daily). Control travel allowances and assign cards to sales and installation departments, as well as verify their proper and timely reconciliation. Review and ensure import expenses are correctly recorded and distributed in the ERP system. Maximize accounts receivable recovery. Minimize overdue accounts and associated costs.
