




**Position: Treasury.** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. * Minimum experience: 2 years in similar positions. **Required Knowledge:** * Basic administrative and financial accounting. * Proficiency in administrative management tools (ERP, advanced Excel, online banking systems). * Knowledge of basic tax processes and electronic invoicing. **Responsibilities:** * Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Timely recording and tracking of issued and received invoices. Identification and recording of customer payments. Issuance of account statements and follow-up on outstanding collections. Recording of advances, payments and settlements from customers. Generation of periodic reports on accounts payable/receivable cash flow. * Control and management of bank transactions and petty cash. Daily recording of bank transactions: deposits, transfers, payments and charges. Monthly bank reconciliations. Management of fixed funds and petty cash (income, expenses, verification and reimbursement). Control and filing of fiscal receipts related to bank transactions and petty cash. * Management of institutional payments, payroll and services. Timely execution of biweekly or weekly payroll payments. Payment of taxes, employer contributions, and compliance with tax obligations.
