




**Job Objective** Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and automations based on **Odoo**, to optimize internal processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the organization’s digital transformation. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement using Odoo. * Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (backend and frontend). * Configure workflows, automated rules, reports, and dashboards. * Integrate Odoo with external systems (APIs, web services, ERPs, CRMs, or other platforms). * Manage databases and ensure data integrity. * Document developments, processes, and technical configurations. * Provide technical support and training to end users. * Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance of digital solutions. * Collaborate with functional areas to ensure solutions meet business requirements. **Technical Requirements** * Experience in Odoo development and customization (v13 or later, preferred). * Solid knowledge of **Python**. * Proficiency in **PostgreSQL**. * Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Knowledge of process and workflow automation. * Experience integrating REST APIs. * Version control (Git) knowledge is desirable. **Competencies and Skills** * Analytical thinking and process orientation. * Ability to solve problems and propose technical solutions. * Organization and management of multiple projects. * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Odoo or automation certifications (preferred).
