




**Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational, technical, administrative, and managerial personnel in the construction sector. * Conducting competency-based interviews and administering psychometric tools. * Managing mass hiring processes (workers, site technicians) and specialized roles (engineers, supervisors, managers). * Creating and updating job descriptions. * Tracking recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, turnover, quality of hire. * Developing talent attraction strategies across various sourcing channels. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment within the construction or metal-mechanical industry, preferably. * Knowledge of psychometric assessments, competency-based interviews, and development of job descriptions and profiles. * Proficiency in digital recruitment tools and professional networks. * Ability to manage under pressure and results-oriented.
