Collaboration with key departments such as production and logistics **CHIAPHUA COMPONENTS MEXICANA (CCL MOTORS) is seeking an Administrative Warehouse Supervisor in Tesistan \- Zapopan, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, material receipt, storage, and dispatch, while complying with established quality, safety, and timeliness standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise material and product receipt, storage, and picking. * Ensure proper administration and inventory control (physical vs. system). * Coordinate warehouse staff and assign daily tasks. * Guarantee compliance with internal procedures and policies. * Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventories. * Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs. * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety (5S). * Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics departments. * Prepare departmental performance indicator (KPI) reports. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems. * Personnel management experience. * Flexible working hours. **Skills:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Automotive *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69bc7de9330000370009c993\&source\=indeed*
