




Technology company is seeking an Electronics Technician for the laboratory department: **Objective:** Manufacture or repair all electronic subassemblies required for the production of various company product lines or prototypes, ensuring their correct execution and contributing to process efficiency. Work under the supervision of the Electronics Coordinator to ensure these electronic systems meet the company's quality standards and technical specifications. **Description:** * Assemble electronic subassemblies for various company product lines or prototypes according to established processes and specifications, ensuring accurate execution. * Perform maintenance on requested electronic subassemblies, including troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement. * Conduct technical inspections of all completed electronic subassemblies. **Specific skills:** * Proficiency with soldering irons (soldering station with temperature control). * Use of chisel-type soldering iron tips. * Operation of heat guns for heat shrink tubing (Termofit). * Operation of hot air rework stations for soldering (Leister). * Use of digital multimeters. * Crimping pliers for Harwin connectors. * Crimping pliers for Molex connectors. * Crimping pliers for coaxial connectors. * Crimping pliers for UTP cables. * Proficiency with Office software (primarily basic to intermediate Excel). * Application of ESD safety regulations. * Assembly and repair of PCBAs (assembly and replacement of SMD components). * Wiring of electrical harnesses (handling wire gauge 24 – gauge 12). * Pin crimping on Molex and Harwin type connectors. * Crimping of coaxial connectors (RG174, CA195, RG6, CA400 cables). * Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams. * Reading connection tables and pinouts.
