Las Rosas 221, Chapalita Sur. **Required Profile** We seek an instructor with real-world experience in **live audio** and **prior teaching experience**, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts, managing groups, and delivering a learning experience that motivates students to continue their education. Essential Requirements * **Prior teaching experience** (academies, workshops, seminars, courses, or training programs) * Group management and communication skills * Proven experience in live audio: * PA system setup and operation * Soundcheck * FOH and/or monitor mixing * Analog and digital consoles (X32, M32, SQ, or others) * Knowledge of: * Microphones and polar patterns * Signal routing, gain staging, and patching * Troubleshooting in real-world scenarios * **Excellent personal presentation** * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to the course schedule Education / Experience * Audio Engineer, Sound Technician, or Live Audio Operator * A bachelor’s degree is not mandatory if solid professional and teaching experience is demonstrated Instructor Profile (Critical) * Genuine passion for teaching * Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner * Genuine interest in **student training and retention** * Professional conduct with students and parents Plus (Not Mandatory) * Experience delivering group courses or workshops * Experience at events, forums, theaters, or festivals * Knowledge of in-ear monitors or wireless systems * References as an instructor Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 4 months Salary: $100.00 – $300.00 per hour Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
