




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with payroll experience to manage payroll processing, incident tracking, affiliation transactions, tax compliance, as well as month-end closings and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll software and Mexican labor legislation 3. Comprehensive payroll management, affiliations, and tax compliance * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of specific experience in payroll administration. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Payroll**. * Current Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Comprehensive calculation of ISR (Income Tax), IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), and INFONAVIT (National Workers' Housing Fund Institute). * **Excel:** Intermediate/advanced level (formulas and pivot tables). * **Operational Management:** Processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls. * **Incident Control:** Managing absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and loans. * **Affiliation Transactions:** Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in **IDSE and SUA**. * **Tax Compliance:** Validation of electronic invoice stamping (timbrado) with the **SAT** (Tax Administration Service) and year-end bonus (aguinaldo) calculations. * **Closings and Reconciliations:** Conducting payroll vs. accounting reconciliations and compiling reports for payments to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and FONACOT**. * **Terminations:** Accurate calculation of severance payments and final settlements in accordance with applicable law.
