Job Summary: Leads and supervises warehouse and traffic operations, optimizing processes, analyzing KPIs, and managing personnel to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise warehouse and traffic operations. 2. Optimize procedures for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Manage and develop operational staff. * Lead and supervise warehouse operations (receiving, picking, and shipping), ensuring compliance with policies and accuracy of records to guarantee complete and timely delivery to the customer. * Strategically manage traffic operations, routing, and fleet maintenance, optimizing procedures to achieve maximum delivery efficiency and enhance end-customer satisfaction. * Proactively analyze logistics indicators (KPIs), identifying and correcting daily and monthly deviations to maintain operational efficiency and ensure service level agreement compliance. * Design and implement safety and hygiene protocols for warehouses and vehicles, ensuring regulatory compliance to protect personnel, goods, and facilities. * Manage and control the distribution and warehouse budget, promoting resource optimization to reduce costs and improve profitability. * Effectively resolve and escalate operational incidents, applying immediate corrective actions to maintain operational continuity. * Manage and develop operational staff, supervising performance and fostering a positive work environment to build productive and efficient teams.
