Join our team as Senior Human Resources Coordinator. Some of the activities you will perform include: \-Design and execution of workforce planning and recruitment strategies (employer branding, attraction channel management); supervision of the recruitment process (administrative, managerial, operational, and intern positions) \-Preparation and administration of employment contracts (fixed-term and indefinite-term) and offer letters \-Updating internal policies and regulations and communicating them to employees; reviewing and adjusting compensation structures (job grading, benchmarking, salary increases, and bonuses) \-Management of salary tables and monthly payroll processing \-Coordination with external agencies (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) and administration of SUA/IDSE \-Planning and execution of internal training programs (cultural onboarding, competency development) \-Implementation and consolidation of periodic performance evaluations (annual and semi-annual) \-Definition of KPIs per department and standardization of the evaluation process \-Exit interviews and comprehensive offboarding management \-Labor audits, disciplinary management, and standardization of protocols for complaints and harassment \-Preparation and control of the HR budget and periodic reporting to management; review of the benefits portfolio (including SGMM and SV) and vendor management\*\* \-Promotion of internal communication and organization of corporate events \-Administration and analysis of employee satisfaction surveys and reporting results to management \-Requesting and administering psychometric tests and socioeconomic studies \-Implementation and monitoring of NOM-035 and compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations \-Talent management initiatives (succession planning and leadership programs) \-Compliance with labor reforms \-Leadership development and succession programs Required Experience: Minimum 3–4 years as Human Resources Coordinator Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Lunch Break: 70 minutes Location: Av.
