A cosmetic products manufacturing company is seeking: **LINE ASSISTANT - PACKAGING** **Job Description:** Perform activities that transform bulk material into finished products (FP), applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the process, complying with customer requirements, and reporting any anomalies or non-conformities to the immediate supervisor while supporting continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take over the shift by verifying line status, materials, personnel, equipment, and area. - Check operational status and physical condition of scales. - Confirm packaging and packing materials match theoretical quantities for the batch to be packaged. - Verify at line startup that machinery and equipment parameters align with specifications (label, batch number, expiry date, and correct weight). - Clean work areas at the beginning and end of each shift. - Wash, assemble, and prepare machinery, equipment, and tools according to the production schedule. - Receive packaging and packing materials and verify quantity and quality. - Perform line clearance to prevent cross-contamination and avoid confusion with previous batches. - Count surplus materials for material reconciliation. - Recondition products due to quality inconsistencies (labeling, carton, batch coding). **We Offer:** - Monthly salary: $9,500 - Statutory benefits - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Work location: Los Molinos Industrial Park **Requirements:** - Education: Primary school level - Experience: Preferably, though not mandatory, in similar positions (preference given to candidates with experience in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industries) - Skills: Organizational ability, attention to detail, and strict adherence to quality processes - No objections to commuting to Los Molinos Industrial Park - Salary: Starting at $9,500.00 per month **Benefits:** * Salary increases * Option for an indefinite-term contract **Application Questions:** * Which neighborhood do you live in? * What is your age? * Do you have production experience?
