Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced SMT Production Manager to oversee electronic board manufacturing and manage human resources in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Leads SMT production in the electronics industry. 2. Manages teams of over 30 operators. 3. Applies Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. **SMT PRODUCTION MANAGER** **Profile:** Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree. **Experience:** · 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in electronics manufacturing industries focused on **SMT** (electronic boards) · Human Resource Management (teams of over 30 line operators). · Experience applying techniques for problem prevention and resolution. **Knowledge:** · Production line balancing, implementation of the 5S methodology, · Knowledge of ISO standards and safety certifications · Achievement of Quality, Production, scrap, and rate targets. · Inventory management, production orders, material consumption, and cost reduction. · Use of Lean Manufacturing tools applied to their workline, such as: Kaizen, Poka-Yokes, 5S, and other continuous improvement tools. · Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite. **We Offer:** Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements Training and development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $27,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
