A dynamic role requiring organization, communication, and adaptability. **INTEGRAL LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS** Transportation company seeking a Logistics Coordinator. **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise distribution and logistics activities to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of our customers’ products, meeting the company’s established standards for quality, safety, and customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor trips from supplier assignment through positioning, loading, and delivery. * Continuously monitor established routes. * Prepare quotations requested by customers promptly, based on our rate tables. * Customer service. * Supplier management. * Plan and coordinate distribution routes to optimize time and costs. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and transportation regulations. * Resolve incidents related to deliveries, returns, or shortages. * Propose continuous improvements in logistics and distribution processes. * Request and analyze **quotations from transportation providers**. * Prepare **monthly logistics operations reports** on performance metrics. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Experience:** At least 1 year in roles related to traffic, logistics, or operations. * **Organization:** You must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage documentation effectively. * **Communication:** Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with various teams and stakeholders. * **Adaptability:** No two days are the same at our company.
