Labor relations management and personnel administration * Team management experience: 5 years in the Manufacturing industry, compliant with standards such as (ISO and ESR) * Prior or current experience supervising staff * Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations Engineering, or related field. Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred * Organizational Development * Organizational Culture and Communication * Management, Supervision, and Continuous Improvement * Labor Relations and Personnel Administration * Safety, Hygiene, Environment, and Regulatory Compliance * Experience with KPIs and information analysis. Experience in policies, objective setting, departmental strategy, organizational culture, workplace climate, staffing coverage, etc. * Availability to attend one Saturday per month
