RESPONSIBILITIES: Preventive surveillance to deter crimes, inspection of areas to detect irregularities or hazards, access control for individuals, and resolution of minor conflicts. They may also report emergencies, enforce community regulations (in the case of rural patrols), and assist in emergency situations such as natural disasters. Deterrence: Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, or suspicious activities. Access Control Support: Verify the identity and purpose of entry for individuals unfamiliar with the secured area. Area Inspection: Patrol assigned zones to identify intruders, unusual objects, or damage to fences or doors. Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents observed during patrols. The objective is to objectively convey relevant information. Emergency Assistance: Assist in emergency situations such as fires, natural disasters, or accidents, supporting evacuation or rescue operations. Regulation Enforcement: Ensure compliance with rules and regulations established by the condominium or private unit. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge: Security. Experience: Operation of standard vehicles. Reactivity: Ability to respond promptly to unforeseen events.
