Job Objective Ensure the proper functioning, preservation, and repair of the company’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, guaranteeing optimal operating conditions, safety, and order. Functions and Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and general infrastructure installations. Identify failures and carry out timely repairs to prevent operational interruptions. Maintain equipment, furniture, and common areas. Support painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, and masonry tasks. Maintain control of tools, materials, and maintenance reports. Comply with the company’s established safety and hygiene standards. Report incidents, damages, or repair needs to the immediate supervisor. Support assembly, disassembly, or space modifications when required. Requirements Minimum education: Secondary school / Technical high school (depending on the position). Minimum experience: 1–2 years in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general maintenance. Ability to use hand and power tools. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork.
