Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer or technician to supervise electrical services on-site, ensuring execution, maintenance, and personnel and equipment management. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation preparation and process optimization We are looking for an engineer or technician to serve as supervisor for the company’s on-site electrical services. **Knowledge and Requirements:** * Working at heights. * Knowledge / experience working with electricity. * Personnel handling and supervision. * Communication. * Negotiation. * Teamwork. * Time management. * Delegation of responsibilities. * Rigging and securing operations. * High-voltage measurement equipment. * Hydraulic and mechanical equipment. * Maintenance of mechanical and electrical components at low, medium, and high voltage. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain work equipment in good condition. * Supervise work crews from departure from the company until their return (transportation, per diems, meals, safety, working conditions, among others). * Ensure proper care of vehicles, tools, and equipment during service. * Perform on-site services within schedule and budget. * Improve, to the extent possible, the equipment and accessories used. * Report daily performance and progress of the service performed to the Director until return. * Train new personnel and ensure they possess the necessary skills and tools to carry out activities successfully. * Prepare documentation such as procedures and records corresponding to the area. * Provide information regarding identified areas for improvement. * Quote materials and jointly decide with Management which items to procure, considering cost and quality. * Upon completion of service, leave the work area perfectly clean. * Finalize work completion with the client via minutes or logbook and submit required documents.
