Proposal of continuous improvements in logistics processes **INTEGRAL LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS** Transportation company seeks a Logistics Coordinator **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise distribution and logistics activities to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of our customers' products, meeting the company's established standards for quality, safety, and customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Track shipments from carrier assignment through positioning, loading, and delivery. * Continuously monitor established routes * Prepare quotations requested by customers promptly, based on our rate tables * Customer support * Supplier support * Plan and coordinate distribution routes to optimize time and costs. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and transportation regulations. * Resolve incidents related to deliveries, returns, or shortages. * Propose continuous improvements in logistics and distribution processes. * Request and analyze **quotations from transportation providers** * Preparation of **monthly logistics operations reports** on performance **What Are We Looking For?** * **Experience:** At least 1 year in traffic, logistics, or operations-related roles. * **Organization:** You must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage documentation effectively. * **Communication:** Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with various teams and stakeholders. * **Adaptability:** No two days are alike at our company. You must feel comfortable handling multiple tasks and adapting quickly to changes.
