Job Summary: Execute actions for risk management and controls related to health, personal safety, fraud detection, and money laundering. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the control environment and conduct risk-coverage visits. 2. Conduct fraud and incident investigations to identify risks. 3. Support compliance with security and fraud policies at branches. *Location: North Zapopan* **\-Objective:** Execute risk management and control actions related to health and personal safety, fraud detection, and money laundering, aimed at identifying deviations and preventing operational risk at Branches. **\-Challenges you will face:** * Monitor the branch’s control environment to identify compliance with or deviations from company processes and policies. * Conduct risk-coverage visits across all assigned territories to ensure the security and protection of company assets. * Hold meetings with agents and staff to deliver fraud and security awareness sessions and training at branches, supporting organizational policy and procedure compliance. * Perform cash audits on agents, staff, administration, and any other field or branch positions handling cash, to confirm that use of company assets and cash transfers comply with established policies. * Conduct investigations related to fraud, incidents, and accidents to determine key risks and losses recorded at the assigned branch. * Record findings identified in the field and at branches in the Loss Prevention Portal, to provide documentation and report cases to relevant departments. * Execute occupational health and safety plan activities at the branch to comply with the company’s defined strategy. **\-If you possess the following:** * Analytical skills * Problem-solving skills * Organizational and planning skills * Interviewing skills * Decision-making skills * Commitment to meeting deadlines and fulfilling obligations on time and as agreed * Energy to build strong relationships with others through active listening, empathy, and determination * Knowledge of the city * Hazard identification and risk assessment, incident/accident investigation and follow-up, field risk assessment * Comprehensive understanding of business needs We offer benefits above statutory requirements.
