**ACCESS CONTROL SUPERVISOR** **Job Objective:** To control the entry and exit of employees, suppliers, and general visitors, accurately recording all information in the access logbook and minimizing the risk of criminal acts, while consistently performing duties with respect, service orientation, and courtesy. **Requirements:** \*Education: Secondary school diploma required; high school diploma preferred. \*Proven experience: 1 year in access control. \*Knowledge: Record sheets / activity logbooks. **Job Responsibilities:** \* Grant entry/exit to employees, suppliers, customers, and service personnel. \* Verify that visiting individuals have appointments and/or are authorized to be received. \* Obtain authorization from a director, manager, or coordinator before allowing visitors to enter. \* Record all entries in the visitor logbook. \* Ensure doors are properly secured with bolts and padlocks. \* Monitor vehicle parking arrangements in the parking lot. \* Turn off pumps and lights at the end of the workday. \* Remain vigilant regarding individuals outside the premises exhibiting suspicious behavior; keep emergency contact numbers and designated protocols readily available. \* Perform minor gardening tasks: removing dry leaves, trimming or watering grass; maintain cleanliness of the parking area. **We Offer:** Base Salary: **$9,562.92** 12% food vouchers: **$1,147.55** *Double pay for overtime hours* (for opening and closing shifts). Biweekly payment. Statutory benefits (including Christmas bonus and profit-sharing). Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; days off on Saturdays and Sundays.
