Supervise staff in weighing, sorting, routing, and affixing routing labels to each shipment. 2. Supervise that necessary equipment and tools are available for daily operations. 3. Supervise, control, and direct operational staff under supervision. 4. Develop training and professional development for personnel under supervision. 5. Determine pre-alerts issued to branches, indicating the volume of cargo arriving at each location. 6. Prepare and submit return metrics to the Shipment Control Department. 7.
