Conduct ongoing analysis of metrics and KPIs **Alambrados Mexicanos is seeking a Sales Coordinator in El Mante \- Zapopan, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Company dedicated to manufacturing wire mesh and hardware products, located in El Mante neighborhood, is seeking: **SALES SUPERVISOR** **Job Objective** Lead and coordinate the sales force to achieve established targets by validating and ensuring the effectiveness of sales strategies and channels, as well as the proper execution of sales and collections activities by sales agents, ensuring compliance with company regulations. **Required Profile** Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in a sales management role, including experience designing commercial strategies and opening new routes and markets. Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license issued by the State of Jalisco. Knowledge of Western Mexico region. Minimum 2 years of experience in the hardware, steel, or metalworking industry. Accustomed to working under and being compensated based on achievement of billing and collections targets. Basic English proficiency. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience. **General Activities and Responsibilities** Periodic visits to external routes accompanied by sales agents Conducting cash audits and audits of sales agents Direct contact with customers to reinforce collections efforts Preparation of informational and financial reports for management Review of commercial strategies and necessary adjustments Lead and motivate the sales team Conduct ongoing analysis of metrics and KPIs. Offer Work schedule: 40% fieldwork, 60% office-based, based in Guadalajara, El Mante neighborhood, Zapopan. Includes per diems, company-provided mobile phone and laptop.
