Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain—Completed Degree Minimum 3 years of experience in the Logistics field Proficiency in Office software—Excel Coordinate logistics operations related to shipping, sending, and tracking orders to meet service levels according to internal and external customer requirements Main Responsibilities: Ensure timely receipt, fulfillment, shipment, and management of retail department orders processed according to performance indicators. Enter necessary information for generating the shipping plan. Manage backorders and pre-sales to meet requested timeframes. Process returns in the ERP system in exceptional cases. Handle requests, manage them promptly, and resolve complaints.
