Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements A major Mexican company with over **40 years of experience in the food industry** is seeking an **Infrastructure Coordinator** to ensure the operation, stability, and evolution of the organization’s technological infrastructure. **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary of $30,000 to $35,000** * Statutory benefits * **30 days’ year-end bonus** * **Life insurance** * **Major medical expense insurance** * **Food vouchers** * **2% savings fund contribution** * **Funeral assistance for immediate family members** * **Three annual food distributions per year featuring company products** **Location and Schedule** La Venta del Astillero, Jalisco Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **Responsibilities** * Administer physical and virtual **Windows and Linux servers**. * Supervise the operation of **LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPN, and corporate WiFi**. * Keep **hardware and software infrastructure** up to date. * Ensure **backups, disaster recovery, and system high availability**. * Supervise the performance of the **technical support team** and manage ticket workflow. * Lead **infrastructure upgrade, migration, or implementation projects**. * Evaluate new technologies and propose **improvements to existing infrastructure**. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Computer Science, or a related field * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in infrastructure administration * Willingness to **travel** * Experience in **Windows/Linux server administration and IT infrastructure**. * Knowledge of **networking, cybersecurity, and monitoring**. * Proficiency in **Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services** (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
