Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce & Marketplace Coordinator to manage and optimize digital platforms, logistics, and customer service in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and optimizes listings on marketplaces such as Amazon and Mercado Libre. 2. Coordinates logistics and inventory on e-commerce platforms. 3. Supervises digital customer service and executes promotions. Experience: 2 to 4 years in similar positions. **Knowledge:** Marketplace administration (Amazon MX/USA, Mercado Libre, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify) Digital customer service / WhatsApp Business and platforms) Contpaq (order entry, basic invoicing) Intermediate Excel. UX product sheets. E-commerce logistics. Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize listings in Mexico and the USA. * Monitor inventory and prevent stockouts. * Coordinate logistics and fulfillment. * Supervise customer service via WhatsApp and marketplaces. * Ensure accurate order entry in Contpaq. * Resolve customer incidents. * Execute promotions defined by Management. * Analyze performance by product and channel. * Coordinate with the E-commerce Assistant. * Prepare monthly sales and operations reports. * Maintain account health and reputation.
