Position Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce & Marketplace Coordinator to manage and optimize listings, monitor inventory, and coordinate digital logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and optimizes marketplace listings on platforms such as Amazon and Mercado Libre. 2. Monitors inventory, coordinates logistics, and oversees digital customer service. 3. Analyzes product and channel performance, preparing monthly reports. Experience: 2–4 years in similar positions. **Knowledge/Skills:** Marketplace management (Amazon MX/USA, Mercado Libre, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify) Digital customer service / WhatsApp Business and other platforms Contpaq (order entry, basic invoicing) Intermediate Excel proficiency UX for product listings E-commerce logistics We Offer: * Salary: $18,000 net monthly \+ commissions * Statutory benefits * **Grocery vouchers worth $1,069** * Paid birthday leave * 35% vacation bonus * Semi-subsidized cafeteria * Life insurance * Medical services Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize listings in Mexico and the USA. * Monitor inventory and prevent stockouts. * Coordinate logistics and fulfillment. * Oversee customer service via WhatsApp and marketplaces. * Ensure accurate order entry in Contpaq. * Resolve customer incidents. * Execute promotions defined by Management. * Analyze performance by product and channel. * Coordinate with the E-commerce Assistant. * Prepare monthly sales and operations reports. * Maintain account health and reputation.
