




**Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the delivery process of new and used vehicles, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience, adherence to scheduled timelines, and compliance with the dealership’s quality standards. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate vehicle delivery scheduling with the Sales Department. * Verify that units are ready for delivery (documentation, aesthetic and mechanical preparation). * Track unit status with the workshop, parts department, and preparation team. * Coordinate vehicle deliveries with sales advisors and customers. * Validate that all vehicle documentation is complete (invoice, license plates, manuals, warranties, etc.). * Ensure the unit meets quality standards prior to delivery. * Explain basic vehicle features to the customer at the time of delivery. * Maintain constant communication with involved departments (Sales, Workshop, Administration, and Warehouse). * Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly delivery tracking and records. * Support continuous improvement of the delivery process and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive dealerships or customer service. * Basic knowledge of vehicle sales and delivery processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems. * Valid driver’s license. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Customer service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Follow-up and control. * Results-oriented.
