If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have experience operating guillotines, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** * Operate the **paper and packaging guillotine** according to specified parameters, ensuring precise and high-quality cuts. * Inspect and adjust machine settings to ensure compliance with customer specifications. * Measure and verify materials before and after cutting to ensure result accuracy. * Perform basic **preventive and corrective maintenance** on the guillotine to maintain optimal functionality. * Meet production deadlines and coordinate with the team to optimize time and resources. * Maintain an **organized and safe** work environment, complying with industrial safety regulations. * Report any anomalies or malfunctions in the machine to the production supervisor. **Requirements:** * **1\+ year** of experience operating **guillotines** in the printing, packaging, or related industries. * Knowledge of basic **guillotine maintenance**. * Ability to work with precision and follow technical specifications. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. **Desirable (not mandatory):** * Experience with automatic and semi-automatic guillotines. * Knowledge of other machines involved in cutting and finishing processes. **We Offer:** * **Competitive salary** ($10,000 \- $14,000 MXN per month, based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Training and development opportunities in production. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Job stability and internal growth opportunities within the company.
