A leading company committed to workplace equality and inclusion. **Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Multifunctional Technician in Jardines Universidad \- Zapopan, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cushman \& Wakefield, a global leader in repair and maintenance services, is seeking committed professionals to join our team as **Multifunctional Technicians** in Jardines Universidad, Zapopan \- Jalisco, Mexico. ### **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on general facilities, electromechanical equipment, and HVAC systems. * Provide support to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting areas according to site requirements. * Respond to fault reports and ensure continuous operation of equipment and infrastructure. * Complete service reports and follow up on work orders. * Coordinate with external vendors and supervise specialized work. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in fields related to maintenance. * Proven expert-level experience as a technician in broad-spectrum repair and maintenance. * Proficiency with specialized tools and equipment for electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and structural systems. * Availability to work onsite at Jardines Universidad, Zapopan. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. ### **We Offer / Benefits** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Job stability with growth opportunities in the maintenance sector. * Ongoing training and an excellent work environment.
