




Managing staff teams (100 or more). Recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational and administrative personnel, maintaining complete staffing records, processing procedures at STPS and IMSS, extensive knowledge of labor laws, interpersonal and interdepartmental relations, training, career planning, performance evaluations, and daily department activities such as developing process documents, incident management, payroll preparation, conciliation board confirmations, employee onboarding and offboarding, settlements, compensations, uniform control and distribution, workplace safety and hygiene.
