Job Summary: Black Coffee Gallery is seeking a Procurement Manager to coordinate and supervise the acquisition, supply, logistics, and storage of goods and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and supervise the procurement of supplies and services. 2. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to seek improvements. 3. Manage procurement documentation and control inventory. Black Coffee Gallery is a 100% Mexican company dedicated to preparing and selling coffee-based beverages. We are looking for a Procurement Manager capable of coordinating and supervising all activities necessary for procuring supplies, as well as managing supply, logistics, and storage of goods and services required by the company. * Procurement Manager: $2,990 weekly, net pay * **We offer**: Weekly payment, statutory benefits. * **Work schedule**: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm; Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. * **Work location**: Av. Inglaterra \#67, Col. San Juan de Ocotan, Zapopan, Jalisco. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate actions to acquire required goods and services for the company at optimal price and quality, in accordance with established processes, standards, policies, and guidelines. * Verify the price and quality of products offered by suppliers to approve or reject purchases. * Periodically analyze prices of supplies and materials. * Control all documentation associated with each purchase for tracking and auditing purposes. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers; conduct supplier prospecting and jointly seek improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (verifiable). * Prior experience in the Hospitality or Café industry, especially in procurement, quotation, and acquisition management. * Inventory control, calculation of requirements, and order management. * Ability to perform calculations and analyze data related to procurement.
