




Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, monitor, and ensure the proper execution of projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously while communicating effectively in English with internal and external clients. Collaboration across different departments to ensure project execution. **Position Objective** To plan, coordinate, monitor, and ensure the correct execution of company projects, meeting deadlines, objectives, deliverables, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external clients. The candidate must be capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, maintaining operational control, and communicating professionally in English. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor projects from initiation through to closure. * Develop schedules, work plans, and track deliverables. * Organize progress meetings and follow up on action items. * Maintain consistent communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Identify risks, deviations, or delays and propose solutions. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, priorities, and objectives. * Prepare progress, status, and results reports. * Document processes, meeting minutes, pending items, and deliverables. * Provide administrative and operational follow-up for each project. * Collaborate with various departments to guarantee proper execution. * Participate in meetings and presentations in English when required. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, International Relations, or related field. * Minimum of **2 to 4 years** of experience in project management, coordination, or monitoring. * **Conversational and written English proficiency** is mandatory. * Experience in schedule management, task tracking, and team monitoring. * Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar. * Experience preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation. * Familiarity with project management methodologies is desirable. **Desirable Knowledge** * Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies. * Project planning and control. * Time management and prioritization. * Development of KPIs and reporting. * Client service and operational follow-up. * Document control and administrative organization. **Key Skills** * Organization and timely follow-up. * Effective communication. * Leadership and coordination. * Problem solving. * Proactivity. * Sense of urgency. * Attention to detail. * Working under pressure. * Negotiation ability. * Analytical thinking. **Competencies** * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. * Accountability. * Planning. * Customer orientation. * Decision-making.
